I also explore the finest purveyors in the country searching for the freshest produce, fish and meats. Nadav Bashan is at the helm of Bashan restaurant everyday, and personally oversees his staff on each and every item that leaves his kitchen

     

Never content to settle, Nadav’s collaboration with his wife Romy—who runs the front of House—Is a partnership born in warmth and hospitality. Romy Bashan stresses the need for clients to feel comfortable while dining—a certain comfort that’s causal and can only arise from a family owned and operated business. “We treat everyone that walks through our door as if they are a guest at our house”, says Romy Bashan. “We’re redefining old world stereotypes of fine dining bringing comfort, familiarity and a neighborhood feel into our idea of service.”
